Good interview, passionate speaker 👏🏼
3:15 that’s right! 👏🏽😊
real estate is very expensive now and am really want to buy home actually but in the mean time i want to invest in the stock market just to raise money to buy home
The thing he missed about the "low supply" of inventory is that the Biden Administration was allowing a lot of borrowers to do work-outs on their loans. Which means that for a million or so borrowers they didn’t have to pay their mortgages for many months. They also refused to allow student loan defaults to be included on credit reports and they were giving free money to migrants so they could rent without having to work. These things all inflated real estate "demand" while keeping inventory tight.
Great video. I believe Raleigh , NC is also allowing for ADU’s . Accessory dwelling units are a good opportunity if you have or can raise the capital.
3:00 Buy and hold > Flipping
Tarek clearly knows what he’s talking about…great job!
Still up to no good 8 hours ago, she wants more coverage of him 1:39 AM
It’s not gonna stop Tareeks wife from banging blk guys
I AM A HOME BUILDER AND HAS MOVED INTO THE ADU SPACE FOCUSING ON MODULAR CONSTRUCTION. OUR HOUSING CRISIS IS ONLY GOING TO GET WORSE. BEFORE MASS DEPORTATION OF DOCUMENTED AND UNDOCUMENTED MIGRANTS WE HAD 8 MILLION JOB OPENINGS WE COULD NOT FILL. WE HAVE A SKILLED AND UNSKILLED LABOR SHORTAGE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY GOING BACK DECADES. 40% OF OUR CONSTRUCTION LABOR IS MADE UP OF MIGRANTS. ICE RAIDS AND MASS DEPORTATION HAS DESTROYED OUR LABOR MARKET AND PROJECTS HAVE COME TO A STAND STILL. ADD TARIFFS AND PRICE INCREASE FOR IMPORTED BUILDING MATERIALS WE HAVE NOW HAVE A PERFECT STORM..OUR AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND INVENTORY CRISIS IS ONLY GOING TO GET WORSE INCREASING THE COSTS OF HOUSING..FOR ALL THE AMERICANS SUPPORTING MASS DEPORTATION OF OUR ESSENTIAL WORKERS WHO PAY TAXES AND RECIEVE NO GOVERNMENT BENEFITS AND TRUMP’S TARIFFS, I CAN ONLY CONCLUDE THAT AMERICANS DO NOT WANT AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND ARE WILLING TO PAY 60 TO 70% OF THEIR WAGES ON HOUSING.THE LAW OF DEMAND AND SUPPLY IS REAL. YOU VOTED FOR THIS.
Aww I feel so bad for that guy he probably made only 10 million that year instead of 15 million 😔. Guys let’s pray for this man and his family
Until there’s a new fed, loosen policy, sellers WONT SELL. Then again, tradesmen are a lost art, until there’s more interest in the trade of building homes’*
😂 rekt 😂
George Washington would be proud of the modern plantation. They’ve turned the American dream into.
