I prefer to break it down in parts of life instead of a broad shopping category. That way is also easier to know exactly in what area of shopping you’re overspending.
I will only save for my savings and rent. That’s it. If I put my money into anything else I would not have nothing for retirement. I’m not paying no one first but me. I pay myself first and forget everyone else.
Food, grocery,child, transportation, laundry, events, loan payment, gift/give away, clothing, internet, hygiene, barbershops, music business and a whole lot more…only income is my job😰
I feel like there should always be an auto expense category because anybody with a vehicle it’s gonna run into that expense easily more than once but I like your categories. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent budget. However, I would suggest that you limit the entertainment, salon, and other frivolous activities. You will have more money to invest
