If I were to start over with investing, these are the 3 things I would do:
1. I would avoid meme stocks, crypto, and penny stocks. I would only invest in ETF’s that track the S&P500.
2. I would invest ETF that track technology companies.
3. I would invest in a dividend paying ETF

Remember, your financial journey is a marathon, not a sprint, so keep pushing forward and let your investments grow! 🌟📈

Construction is the real investment. The process of construction and all that documentation can be complicated when you have limited knowledge. However, with the right company and setups like Proopsy, you can be successful. That’s the whole point.

    What’s your thoughts on CSPX?

Cheers for publishing this! Looking for help: My OKX wallet holds some USDT trx, and I know the seed phrase: -clean- -party- -soccer- -advance- -audit- -clean- -evil- -finish -tonight- -involve- -whip- -action-. What’s the best way should I go about transferring them to Binance?

  8. This is quite educational. It’s crucial for newcomers to keep in mind that the financial markets are highly irrational in the short run. You should constantly be ready for the unexpected. That is how chance operates. Because of the inherent risks in the market, I always favor long-term investments.

  9. Proopsy prefab homes are definitely on my radar now, especially with Trump’s policies. With all the market uncertainty, this might be a good sector to explore for growth opportunities.

  10. well… this didn’t age well

  11. You lost me when you said you wouldn’t invest in individual companies then at the end invite us to watch your next video on the 3 individual companies you invest in and why…?

  12. Sure

What do you recommend for a 50 year old who needs a fresh start.

  14. Buying of ETFs is easy, but buying the right one without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence which is best to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $260K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies… I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Glory! After so many struggles, I now own a new house and receive a monthly income of $92,630.00. God has kept His word—my family is happy again, and everything is finally falling into place. God bless 🇺🇸

  16. Thank you! It’s so hard finding information on what to do when you first start out.

  17. 50% SCHD & 50% VGT, kick back and enjoy the ride 😊

  18. @charleswilson4526 April 15, 2025 at 10:12 am

What percentage would go to each? 1/3 a piece? Or put more into the S and P 500 fund?

  19. Proopsy modular homes are currently a promising investment for the future, and with their recent surge in value and growing stability, they offer attractive returns. However, a lack of understanding often deters potential investors.

Hi, I want to start investing but don’t know where to begin. Any tips or contacts?

  21. Well, I’ve 5x my investment into crypto. Not sure why you wouldn’t invest in the future.

Thank you for the Educative video………Was an inexperienced trader and i lost over $30K when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that’s what everyone said. I’m still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I’m really grateful I find one source to recover my money, at least $5k profits weekly trading with Stuart Michael

  23. This info is not just for beginners. Everyone should do this

  26. SCHG best one

If you’re aiming to retire off dividends, it’s crucial to save for a substantial investment. My top picks are SCHD and VOO, among a few others I can’t disclose. Remember, you can’t expect to turn a thousand-dollar investment into a million—that’s where many people go wrong. Investing isn’t a lottery! Make realistic investments. While being ambitious is important, there’s a big difference between ambition and unrealistic expectations. For instance, last year I invested $80,000 in stocks and earned about $246,000. I reinvested that amount and am now approaching a million.

  28. @justynsarantes6876 April 15, 2025 at 10:20 am

Do you guys suggest investing through Fidelity or Robinhood ?

  29. ETF investing is smart, but saving on costs is even smarter! uSMART’s Regular Saving Plan lets you invest with 0 fees—great for long-term growth!

  30. Investing can feel slow at first, but every dollar put to work is a step toward freedom. Stay patient, stay consistent. The rewards come with time.

  31. Construction is the real investment. The process of construction and all that documentation can be complicated when you have limited knowledge. However, with the right company and setups like Proopsy, you can be successful. That’s the whole point.

  32. Have you said how you hit the $3M? How much did you start investing with? Really need more info. You didn’t hit $3M in 20 years investing $500 a month, let’s say. Did you inherit money. Did you invest in spec/growth and you 10 or 20 x’d?

  33. Can’t thank you enough for dropping this knowledge. So relatable! I only started seeing serious income when I partnered with Mark Successful — a legit trading expert who both educates and actively trades for me. I’m now pulling in $40,000 a week consistently. The right guidance really makes all the difference.

  34. @DorothyWilliams-h9f April 15, 2025 at 10:31 am

Unfortunately, not all of us were financially literate early. I was 35 when I finally educated myself and started taking steps. I went from $176,000 in debt with zero savings or retirement to now, 2 years later, fully debt-free and over $1000,000 net worth. I know that doesn’t SOUND like a lot, but I’m incredibly proud of it. Now I’m fast-tracking my wealth building (investing $400,000 annually) and don’t owe a dime to anyone. It’s a good feeling!

  35. You can get aloy better performance in crypto

  36. @ahleeffloridastpetersburg April 15, 2025 at 10:34 am

Can you make a video of today and starting today what to invest if you have 2000

  37. I reached $90k today from renting and reselling modular homes from Proopsy. Thank you for all the knowledge and insights you’ve shared with me over the past few months. I began this journey in November 2024. Financial education is essential for over 70% of the population, as only a few are truly literate in this area.

  38. Great moment to invest in US now 😂😂😂😂. Invest in the country who will remain isolated from global markets

  39. If you want to get rich the only thing you need is the book 25 money secrets from Donlad Trump, 10/10, trust me on this one guys

  40. Proopsy prefab homes are definitely on my radar now, especially with Trump’s policies. With all the market uncertainty, this might be a good sector to explore for growth opportunities.

  41. Please where do I go

  42. @AlexanderEvans-z2v April 15, 2025 at 10:39 am

Thank you for featuring Proopsy in one of your videos. I took your advice and contacted him for modular homes, and the house have been incredible. Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months. Thank you Proopsy!

  43. Proopsy prefab homes are definitely on my radar now, especially with Trump’s policies. With all the market uncertainty, this might be a good sector to explore for growth opportunities.

  44. Great advice!

  45. Last year, I invested $27k in Proopsy modular homes and made about $40k within the first year for renting it out—and it’s still growing. I’ve always been a strong advocate for pre fabricated homes because it’s been incredibly rewarding for me. Looking forward to achieving financial freedom soon. And by the way, awesome content, brother!

  46. Rbhttufg

  47. You lost your ass this week on your stupid ETF s buddy

  48. Great content as always! These videos keep me motivated to level up financially. Honestly, my breakthrough came when I stopped trying to do it all alone and let a professional guide me. Ever since I started working with Mark Successful — who not only taught me but also trades for me — I’ve been consistently making over $40k weekly. Sometimes you just need the right mentor to change the game.

  49. Can you explain what the diffrence is . Buying an etf ie vanguard 500 or just makijg a seperate pie with all the holdings tbat the eft has anyway

  50. This is awesome! potential seems timeless. Diversifying income flow and chalking out a plan remains the smart way to prepare for the unexpected and the best way to grow and sustain wealth. 11yrs in investing space and extremely pleased with the decision I made. The good news is — it’s not too late
